Lee Ashworth
Lee Ashworth, a licensed residential builder and remodeler for nearly 40 years, has always had a special affinity for working with older clientele. Now in his 60s and part of the “wiser generation,” Lee relates firsthand to the unique perspectives and needs of his clients. His understanding of the challenges faced by older adults deepened while managing an independent retirement community. Although the residents were considered independent, Lee saw firsthand the additional accommodations necessary as we age. This experience, combined with his decades of remodeling expertise and his training as a Senior Home Safety Specialist®, fuels his passion for creating safe, accessible, and comfortable living spaces for seniors who wish to age in place gracefully.
Lynn Ashworth, RN, BSN
Lynn Ashworth, RN, BSN, brings a wealth of experience from her career as a registered nurse, and specifically her years as a home health care nurse, where she witnessed the home safety challenges faced by seniors. Her compassionate nature and dedication to helping others have always driven her work. While AgeWell Home Solutions LLC doesn’t provide medical care, Lynn’s background uniquely positions her to recommend effective home modifications and assistive devices, ensuring clients can age in place safely. Her insights perfectly complement Lee’s construction expertise, making them an ideal team to enhance the comfort and accessibility of seniors’ homes.

Co-founders Lee and Lynn Ashworth have made customer service their top priority. Lee’s extensive experience in residential remodeling, combined with Lynn’s background in home health care nursing, equips them to meet the unique needs of their clients effectively. Recognizing that many clients are dealing with sudden changes due to accidents or illnesses, they offer professional services that respond swiftly and compassionately.
To ensure each client receives personalized attention, Lee and Lynn conduct all of the company’s home safety assessments themselves. Their combined expertise in construction and healthcare allows them to recommend the most appropriate products and installation methods for every situation. Their hands-on approach ensures the highest level of service and workmanship. Together, they form the perfect team to help seniors age in place gracefully, providing clear and concise solutions that reduce stress during challenging times.
